No appointment is necessary, just bring your bike in any time during shop hours and we can give you a free estimate and schedule it for repair.

Basic Tune-Up
More Details
A basic tuneup is recommended once a year depending on how much you use your bicycle and will maximize your bike's performance and longevity.
The price of the basic tuneup includes labor for the following: adjustments of bearing systems (hubs, headset, bottom bracket), adjustments of front and rear brakes and gears. We will true your wheels and make sure your seatpost and stem are properly greased. Tire inflation and oil for your chain are always included.
Any parts replacement and installation are additional. We provide free estimates, so bring your bike in to learn more about your individual needs.
Basic Flat Repair

Flats are a drag especially when you are supposed to be somewhere quick! Roll on in for our 15 Minute Flat and we'll get you on your way Pronto. We will inspect your tire for the offending object, check your rim strip and tire for any damages, install a new tube and make sure your chain is properly oiled too!
A Basic Flat costs $15 which includes labor and the cost of the tube.
If you have an internally geared hub, coaster brake or enclosed chaincase, additional labor charges may apply.
Custom Wheel Building

If you have your heart set on a custom set of wheels - let us build them for you! Do you long for a 700c wheel laced to a 3speed hub? Are you planning a tour and want a bombproof adventure? We will help you select your components (hubs, spokes, rims) and then professionally assemble them for you. Labor is $48.00, parts additional.
All handbuilt wheels come with a 30 day check-up and a 1 year warranty.Stand Rental

Gears aren’t shifting properly and you want to learn how to fix them? Come on in and you can work with a mechanic on any number of problems with your bicycle.
Hours for Stand Rental and Instruction
- Monday through Wednesday 10 – 5:00
- Thursday, Friday 11 – 6:00
- Saturday 10 – 5:00
- Sunday 12 – 4:00
Things to know about renting a stand:
- You get access to all the basic tools and the truing stands
- No appointment necessary – all stand rental is on a first come, first served basis
- All rates are charged in 5 minute increments
- Certain specialty tools are available, but may require supervision at the teaching rate of $48/hour.
- Stand rental and instruction is subject to availability of stands and/or mechanics
- Stand rental and instrucion time ends one hour before closing each day.
