  • 2016 Class Schedule

    The rest of the 2016 basic class schedule is now open for enrollment.

  • Broadway Bicycle Group Ride

    Please join us on the first Broadway Bicycle group road ride this Wednesday evening.  Riders can expect roughly 35 miles of scenic New England roads. Ideal for anyone looking to learn how to ride in a group and make some new bike friends!
    -Where/when: Wednesday, June 22nd. Departing from our Cambridge shop at 351 Broadway at 6:30 p.m.  Ride time should be just over 2 hours.
    -Helmets and lights are required.
    -A spare inner tube, tire levers, and pump are highly recommended.  A drop bar road/cross/touring bike is suggested. Riders can expect a moderate pace of 16-18 average mph.

    We just got done having a very rainy week. But with nicer weather on the forecast, we decided to expand our bike sale to include a few more models. The 9-speed Surly Cross-Check are still 20% off, and we are now adding our Sport Hybrid to the sale. Now all our in-stock Marin Fairfax’s and Reid Urban X1’s are 20% off as well.   • Pancakes, Raffles and Prizes Oh My!

    This just in! We are adding a raffle to the mix for our annual Pancake Breakfast. Ticket are $2 each or grab a 6 pack for $10. All proceeds will go to the Cambridge bicycle advocacy group the Green Streets Initiative. Breakfast is on Tuesday May 17th 7:30am – 9:30am. Prizes include but are not limited to: 1 Basic Class Series, Lazer Roller MIPS, Brooks Grips, BiKASE Pannier, Lights, Water Bottles with more coming in by the minute!

  • Wheel Builing Class

    Enrollment is now open for our upcoming Wheel-Building Class! If you ask any of our mechanics what the most fun service we provide is, wheel building will most likely be high on our list. This class takes students through the whole process from picking the hub, rim, and spokes that best suit your needs to lacing, truing, and dishing. At the end of the 5 week-long session Wednesday evenings July 20 – August 17,  you will have a wheel that is ready to ride and an in-depth knowledge of bicycle wheels.inventarea-rotii

  • Easter Eggstravaganza

    As some of you my have noticed we spent some time organizing and labeling our used parts this winter. It seems that the Easter bunny noticed too and paid us an early visit! Come by this Saturday and Sunday and look through out used parts and you just might find a little something eggstra!
